The remodeling division of Marquis Builders was created as a request from previous client referrals. Our in house turnkey approach makes for a different level of service when working together with our clients and their lively hoods.
The thought process behind creating this division comes from the feedback of friends, family, and their neighbors on experiences they or others they know have gone through in the past while remodeling.
Our vision is to simply provide a clean, efficient, and enjoyable experience for our clients. Because we only take on so many clients per year, this approach has been obtainable.
- Our clients have an onsite manager who not only provides construction services, but also oversees the project as well. This familiarizes our clients with a trustworthy person they feel comfortable with to leave their home and its’ belongings unattended if need be. Any outside contractors if required have limited access to the property and are supervised.
- On large projects a strategic plan is put into place to minimize client inconveniences. A specific project timeline and open line of communication is provided to assist in making adjustments to the clients’ way of living.
- Once a project is underway, it is our main focus and priority. We will provide a time frame up front as to estimates of completion and strive to beat them. Our philosophy is to start and complete one clients’ project before heading to the next. This eliminates projects that can run on and never seem to get finished.
- Jobsite organization and cleanliness plays a major role in a successful remodeling project. Because of the onsite management that we provide, you can come to expect your home stays tidy on a daily basis while the transformation takes place.

Abraham adds 6+ years of remodeling experience and over 14 years of cabinetry and millwork installation knowledge to the team. He works side by side with John to assure our clients receive the service and value they are purchasing.
