Dustin Franckowiak
President/CEO
With over 20+ years of home building experience and a lifelong exposure to the construction materials industry, Dustin is the heart and soul of the company. His philosophy of treating people with the upmost respect and honesty, building a great product, and truly caring about the customer has proven effective over the years with most new clients coming from referrals. From the beginning design phase to delivery of keys at closing, you will find Dustin involved in every step of the process. He is not only the president of the company, but also your personal homebuilding manager and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Matt Duval
Construction Manager
Matt was born and raised in Conroe, Texas. He graduated from The Woodlands High School and then continued his education at Sam Houston State University receiving a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business. After college he pursued a career in construction. Matt manages the day to day operations and project scheduling in the field. His hard work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude allows for a great working relationship with our trade partners. He currently resides in Boerne, Texas, loves the outdoors, and spends the majority of his free time hunting and fishing.
Abraham Torres
Project Manager (Remodeling Division)
Abraham is a hardworking go getter. He adds another 12+ years of remodeling and carpentry experience to the Marquis Team. His bright smile and likeable attitude sets the mood each day to be successful. He works side by side with our sub-contractors to assure each client receives the service and value they are purchasing. In his free time he enjoys spending it with his family outdoors.
Gloria Villarreal
Office Administrator
Gloria was born in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While spending several years in the real estate industry prior to joining the company, she comes to us with a wealth of experience & knowledge. She enjoys working with an array of people, cares about what she does, and joins our team behind the scenes to help make each project a successful one. Her experience brings a unique perspective to her role and she understands the intricacies involved in the home building process from start to finish. Gloria is also bi-lingual and speaks Spanish.
Tina Williams
Director of Sales & Client Relations
With her extensive background and knowledge in real estate, Tina is a great asset to both our current clients as well as new prospects looking for the perfect place to call home. Her southern hospitality and incredible work ethic is the first thing you will notice, which fits perfectly into our business plan. Tina oversees all sales operations and is the point of contact for our prospective new clients. She is also a licensed Broker/Realtor and enjoys working with buyers or alongside their Realtors to help find that perfect site to build their dream home.
Michael Aguirre
Drafting & Design CAD Tech
Michael grew up in Central Texas where he spent his high school years taking many STEM and drafting courses. After high school, he relocated to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree. Michael has also studied in Northern Italy and worked for a local design firm in San Antonio prior to joining our team. With multiple years of experience in design and drafting, Michael can take your vision and elevate it into the perfect custom home.
Erica Gonsalves
Interior Design Coordinator
Erica was born and raised in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Before starting her own Interior Design business in early 2022, she spent her post high school years working with local designers and home builders, while earning her diploma from the Interior Design Institute. Her goal is to create an interpersonal relationship with each client and help design the home of their dreams.
